Are You A Mole Rat? Creationism & Intelligent Design

Your soul has no “life span”, as it is not born and does not die. Your soul is a part of God, immortal and everlasting. You have it on a short term, non interest bearing loan, and have to give it back. No “finders keepers” allowed. We are all, in the end, One, part of the Eternal Whole, God. We all return to God. There are no lines that divide one from the other, from those in spirit, and those in body.

A person is one of God’s tools. We are the carriers of God’s knowledge. A human skin water bag, or perhaps a water jug, for carrying a complex message. The total learning built up over a lifetime. The essence of each person, like a sweet golden drop of super concentrated orange juice, is that piece of God we call a soul. Whatever we do must serve God's purpose.

God is not all knowing. He even questions Himself. He wants to learn. He is curious. He has set up His Plan of the universe. He has set up His His system of evolution to learn. God is following His Plan. You are a part of that Plan.

God requires us to experience the sweetness of life as well as to suffer the trials of learning facts, sensation, and experience. That which is sweetened by the honey of life teaches us by attraction, reinforces, and causes us to seek repetition.

That which irritates, teaches, and teaching leads to learning. By inference, teaching might, or might not, be a pleasant experience, or more like being “burned” by the sweet candy, “red hots”.

By His very distance and inattention God irritates those who want a more proactive God, and He teaches us patience while encouraging us to learn by experience.

God is all powerful, yet recognizes the limits of the use of His power to learn. If God uses His power, He denies the possibility of other choices. If He answers your prayer no matter how needful, He distorts His information. By the fact of His choice and His action, He denies the possibility of other choices, other outcomes.

Trying for perfection, God created life. Life then created us as tools for His purpose. Life also creates situations where our use of free will. Our free will decisions will be irritating, uncomfortable, painful, and will cause us to suffer. Our free will decisions will ensure that we will learn for Him.

You can be sure that God is an all powerful irritator. And if you don’t understand that a small effort can achieve a large result, then you have not experienced even a small pain in tender regions.

Keep firmly in mind, your role in the relationship with God. You are here to serve Him. He is not here to serve you.

Why would God stop the activity that which was fulfilling His Plan? Answer: He would not, and will not.

I believe that God did have the choice to create in any of many modalities. We see, I think, evidence of that all around us on Earth today. Is there any reason that human beings could not have had a society that would have been modeled on that of mole rats, or insects like ants or bees?

God, all powerful, could have rigged the outcome to go His way. He could also just have Made It So. It would work. Life would go on. That is, the life form could survive.

Less, however, would be learned, and certainly much would never be experienced. Even God cannot learn if He already knows the outcome. Simply because He planned that outcome. Such a situation is static. It is unchanging. It does not provide the myriad of new possibilities of experiences that giving the individual free will provides.

Each of us chooses what he, or she, will do with the gift of free will. In this process of each of us creates independent, freely made decisions. These decisions which interact with our personal environment. These decisions interact with other people in that environment. Each individual creates a myriad of interconnected new experiences. Each individual by choosing their own personal actions creates more new experiences. Ever changing personal environments, experiences, and feelings creates a new set of interconnected new experiences.

How much more can a child gifted with free will learn over its lifetime than can an ant? Answer: An enormous amount more.

A human child starts to exhibit free will as soon as they can become self mobile. I watched it begin and grow daily with our children. Every parent experiences this, and is frustrated by this new consciousness. Each child is busy exploring all the possibilities of their brand new real world. It drives their parents mad with worry over simple safety issues. Add in a determination to be independent, and do it their way, and you have what is known as the "Terrible Twos and Threes."

Yes, it is true that even individual ants exhibit some degree of free will when foraging for the colony, but most of an ant's life is under total control from the queen ant. This limits the amount the queen ant can learn from one of the individual worker ants. It also limits how much the queen ant ever learns. You are not an insect.

God doesn’t interfere, He lets competition to survive create His versatile tools. You want to celebrate God and all His Power? Celebrate His Plan for Us: celebrate creative evolution. It is the only creationism that makes sense. God's Plan is the only Intelligent Design.
