  Fat loss can be a big challenge for anyone. If you are on the heavier side chances are you must be obsessive with the idea of losing weight. Most of are searching for the miraculous best weight loss pills which will make us lose weight without lifting a finger.
  So the question is what are the best weight loss pills available? As nice it would be that have a pill and lose weight without doing anything, it is important to understand that less than a miracle there is not a solution. We already know that there are a lot of weight loss pills out there. As always some better than the other, some having more side effects than the others.  Weight loss pills can be divided into the categories.  The third category i.e. fat blocking agents are gaining popularity very quickly. For obvious reasons, this is being considered now as one of the best weight loss pills ever. A popular compound in this is orlistat, which goes by the name of xenical. Following studies proving its success, Xenical is being considered by many as being among the best weight loss pills ever. The study was a one year clinical trial. This showed that upto 25% of people on xenical achieved upto 10% of reduction in weight loss. More impressive was the reduction in incidence of type II diabetes in this study group - upto 37%. Unfortunately after stopping xenical most of the subjects in the study gained back 35% of their lost body weight within one year. This is obviously discouraging at first, but to understand this we need to understand, and see how xenical actually works. Xenical works by inhibiting a pancreatic enzyme called lipase. This results in preventing fat from breaking down into fatty acids in the gut  and therefore caused fat malabsorption. This therefore results in decreased caloric intake and hence caused weight loss. The problem is that if a subject does not modify their diet in this time period and stops Xenical, then the fat absorption will go back to normal, and hence will cause increased caloric intake. So to ackle this problem one needs to modify their diet while on xenical.
  Xenical does hold upto its claims as being one of the best weight loss pills ever. To utilize this one needs to understand how it works and help Xenical to help one lose weight.
