Intelligence, Technology & Cockroaches

The race of human beings is meaningless to God. We are just one of many species on Earth. God most likely has many Earths. God has many races from which to choose His tools.

God does not care if you, or the whole human race lives or dies. We are here to survive, or not, and endure all the experiences of life. Endure suffering and pain until He achieves Perfection. Our suffering includes our own stupidity. Our suffering includes our own inability to recognize the problems we have created. Our suffering includes our own inability to create solutions for the problems we have created. Our suffering includes our own inability to understand that are fouling our own nest.

This may be the ultimate test of intelligence. The test of our intelligence as a species.

Are the rewards to individuals so important that we must allow them to poison the environment . Are the rewards to corporations so important to our economy that we must allow them to poison all of us? Couldn’t we as nations, or via the United Nations, require that useful products be derived from all “waste” products? Couldn’t we as nations require that no “waste” is ever dumped to poison a single child? Aren't "waste" products under utilized resources?

Couldn’t we learn to look through the fruit? Couldn’t we learn to pick those with fewer blemishes? This, as opposed to poisoning our farm land? Poisoning our farm land for fifty years with residual pesticides and fungicides? If a poison is strong enough to kill a bug, or a fungus I’m not sure I want to eat any of it. I sure don’t want my children and grandchildren eating it.

We must get our collective human act together. The answers are becoming ever clearer. Human beings will not be here much longer.

Humanity will only survive as long as it is useful to God. Or, until He becomes disgusted. He may decide to send another asteroid. The experiment has failed. It is time to clean up the lab. Our human brand of intelligence may not be the answer He was looking for.

Other species exist to continue God’s purpose. Humans are not special. People, animals, and maybe even insects, all are a piece of God. According to God’s purpose, each is doing God’s will.

Many species have existed in the past. They existed until completing God’s Plan for that pattern of life. Then, when no longer needed, having learned all that that DNA derived pattern was capable, the species expired. As we will. Perhaps we have a built-in timer, as individuals, or as a species. A timer that one day will go, “bing!”, “time’s up!” and we die.

Sixty-five million years ago a large meteor hit the Earth. It killed off the majority of life on the planet. Most species that survived had members that weighed less than twenty pounds as individuals. Certain crocodiles and turtles, utilized special parts of the environment that gave enough protection in isolated places for species survival. At that time primates were small mouse-like mammals. Little critters that because of their habitat and habits were able to survive. They speciated to eventually reach today's state for testing the efficacy of intelligence and technology and tool using.

The next time, it might be another type of test, like pollution or radiation.

Another species will get a chance to be in God’s tool box.

Perhaps it will be the rodents. It might be insects. Cockroaches are very tough and very conservative organisms. They have been around for a very, very long time, and have changed very little. They are successful.

God will choose the winner through the evolutionary process. He will choose the winner in the competition to survive over time, despite all that happens.

The survivors will decide the contest, and the winners will again write history.

On a personal basis, to be a survivor, you must accept reality as it happens each day. You must learn from reality as it changes from day to day. As reality changes, adapt yourself to the changed reality, and make new, different decisions.

Inability to do this, has no survival value.
